My name is Rebecca, and I am a Relational Therapist.
I qualified in 2014, and have since spent 5 years working for an adult trauma service, 7 years working with children and young people in schools, 2 years at a community charity, as well as some time at a bereavement service, and a domestic abuse service.
In all of the work I do, I am working with people who are feeling the weight of relationships that are hard; whether it be their relationship with themselves, their past, their present, or with others.
Are you someone, or the parent/carer of someone who might benefit from having a safe, confidential and honest space, to be heard and explore what’s going on for you? Are you struggling with your emotions, your history, your experiences, or the vision you have for the future?
It does take courage to make the move, but with even a glimmer of hope, comes the possibility of being able to thrive. So if you are struggling in some way, why don’t you get in touch, and see if counselling is for you.
